PET bottle cold aseptic filling refers to the product sterilized at high temperature and cooled to room temperature, and the bottles and caps sterilized by disinfectant, which are filled and capped in sterile environment to obtain products that can be stored at room temperature for a long time.span>
After 14 years of development, and long-term cooperation and joint development with Toyo Seikan in Japan, GrandPak’s aseptic equipment and technology have been improved day by day. GrandPak optimizes the isolation and sealing technology, microbial control and detection technology, cleaning and sterilization technology, filling technology, system control technology and air purification technology, so that GrandPak's aseptic filling technology can meet the strict requirements of low-acid neutral beverages, and truly achieve the use of PET aseptic technology of GrandPak, without using any preservatives.

GrandPak's PET aseptic filling technology has passed the technical appraisal conducted by Chinese Government, has become one of the few enterprises in the world which really grasp the core technology of aseptic cold-filling. It can provide the turn-key project of the PET cold aseptic filling lines.

At present, GrandPak’s 32 PET cold aseptic filling lines have been successfully used at customers’ places, including more than 10 aseptic lines specially used to produce neutral products such as protein beverage, coffee beverage, milk beverage, herbal tea and so on. All of them have passed aseptic verification by a single time, and the sterilization efficiency of bottles and caps has reached 6D. Lehui has provided six low acid PET cold aseptic packaging lines for Japan Toyo Seikan Company, satisfying the stringent Japanese hygienic standards.

This year, GrandPak accepted the orders of low-acid PET cold aseptic packaging line from Zhongshan JIANYULE, Henan ZHONGWO and other beverage companies, serving domestic high-quality customers with the most advanced international technology with the highest cost-effective ratio.

GrandPak has not only provided customers with turn-key of complete set of equipment, but also can provide customers with aseptic validation, aseptic management and technical training services.

At present, the PET cold aseptic filling lines have been successfully applied in：
（1）Twenty-three cold aseptic filling lines are used in juice production of Huiyuan Group (2.5L, 2000 bph).
（2）Two PET cold aseptic filling lines have been successfully used in Japan Toyo Seikan (Thailand) Factory （500mL，460bpm），to produce dairy products (coffee milk, milky tea, etc.).
（3）One PET cold aseptic filling line has been successfully used in Letian Beijing Factory (3.75L, 2000 bph) to produce fruit juice.
（4）Four PET cold aseptic filling lines have been used Japan Toyo Seikan (Changshu) Factory to produce dairy products (coffee milk, milky tea, etc.).
（5）1 PET bottle aseptic cold filling line was sold to Zhongshan Jianleile Food Co., Ltd. (500mL, 460bpm)
（6）1 PET bottle aseptic cold filling line is sold to Henan Zhongwo Industrial Co., Ltd. (500mL, 460bpm)
