When PET cold aseptic filling is performed, there is no reflux at filling, and the product UHT equipment can not be stopped (with long start and stop duration, and there is product loss), so aseptic tank is needed to buffer.

Ultra-high temperature sterilization method is used to prepare aseptic water. It is mainly used for rinsing the inner and outer walls of bottle washer and bottle mouth, rinsing the bottle mouth before screwing the cap by capper, rinsing the bottle cap, rinsing COP and SIP, etc.

It performs in-situ cleaning to UHT and its supporting pipeline system, filling valve, aseptic tank, aseptic balancing tank and other parts directly in contact with product; acid and alkali liquids used in CIP system are recycled, efficient and energy-saving; the cleaning process is controlled automatically.

It is used to prepare peracetic acid disinfection for disinfection of disinfectant bottle washer, bottle cap, aseptic water, aseptic air pipeline, etc.
